Carmella Moos

Carmella Marie Moos, a self-made entrepreneur and devoted matriarch, passed away on September 14, 2026, in Boca Raton, Florida, at the age of 95.

Born on March 23, 1931, in Albany, New York, Carmella received her foundational education in her hometown before graduating from business school.

Her sharp mind and independent spirit led her to become a successful self-made business owner, operating local boutiques in Boca Raton for 45 years.

Beyond her professional achievements, Carmella’s life was defined by her unwavering faith in God, her generosity, and her profound devotion to her family. She was a faithful member of Above and Beyond Community Church in Boca Raton, where she volunteered, connected with her church family, and shared the love of the Lord. Carmella possessed a warm, giving heart, bringing endless joy, grace, and laughter to every life she touched.

Above all, she found her ultimate happiness in cooking for her family and pouring everything she had into supporting her loved ones across generations.

Carmella adored her children, Linda Ross (Harry), Daniel Pacella, Jody Moos (Kendall Haymons), Joseph G. Moos (Jackie), and Kelly Sereday.

She cherished her grandchildren, Michael Pacella (Colleen), Jennifer Moyher (Shannon), Danielle Bruinsma (Mike), Harleigh Aukamp (Cody), Mady Jo Knight (Jonas Pearson), and Tony Moos (Samantha). She was further blessed with ten great-grandchildren: Daniel, Molly, Grace, Summer, Peter, Rowan, Rayleigh, Hendrix, Paisley, Bailey, and Riley.
