Stephen A. Kastner

Stephen A. Kastner, 78 an, te mouri anpè nan dat 24 mas 2022.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and retired as a Detective after twenty years of Service in the New York Police Department (NYPD). After retiring from the NYPD, he joined the family bagel machinery company, ensuring NYC's most prized delicacy (ok, possibly 'second' after pizza) never faltered. 

A longtime Mason and Shriners, Steve was highly regarded by his Brothers.  He presided over many ceremonies and volunteered almost a hundred times, driving young patients and their families to Shriners Hospital for Children in Tampa, FL.  

Steve and his wife, Ilene, enjoyed riding their Harley-Davidson, bowling, and hosting elaborate multicourse dinners in their home for their friends, where Steve planned, cooked, and meticulously executed the most delicious of menus.
