Daniel Lechleider

Daniel Martin Lechleider, known to his loved ones as Dan, passed away on September 7, 2023, in Jupiter, FL. He was born on September 21, 1992, in Boston, Massachusetts. Dan was a beloved son, brother, and friend, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dan was a vibrant and outgoing individual who had a zest for life. He had a passion for scuba diving and spent many hours exploring the depths of the ocean. Dan also cherished his time spent with his Cracker Barrel family, where he enjoyed laughing and joking with Sue Sullivan, Buster Paul Poirier, Tina Timmins, and Tim LaPointe. In his leisure time, he loved playing the guitar and indulging in reruns of old shows.

Dan attended North Andover High School and later pursued higher education at UMASS Lowell. While he had many interests, his career at Cracker Barrel allowed him to showcase his love for cooking.

In addition to his parents, Pamela Sue Lechleider and Martin Michael Lechleider, Dan is survived by his brother, Robert Wesley, and his sister, Nicole Marlene. He was also blessed to have a close family friend, Billy Gates, by his side. Dan's grandparents, Richard and Claudette Lechleider, and his aunts, Candace Humphrey, Kathy Johnson, and Mary Gorski, were an integral part of his life. He shared a special bond with his cousins, Ashley Humphrey, Scott Humphrey, Kelly Humphrey, Matthew Lechleider, and Megan Johnson.

Dan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marlene Kastning, his aunt, Debra Rimkus, and his grandfather, Wesley Kastning.

In memory of Dan, contributions can be made to Save the Turtles, a cause that was close to his heart.

The funeral arrangements are being handled by the compassionate professionals at Being Cremated and Sent Home to His Mother. They will ensure that Dan's final wishes are honored.

Dan's vibrant spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in peace.
