Jose Mendes Picaroto

Jose Mendes Picaroto, 82, of Boca Raton Florida, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2023.

Jose was a beloved father, husband, and friend to many, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jose was born on 10/03/1940 to Jose Martins Picaroto and Maria Rosario Mendes in Loule, Portugal.

Having known each other since childhood, Jose married Judith in Loule and went on to have two children, Cristine and Melanie.

In life, he enjoyed time with his family and his love for fishing.

Jose is survived by his wife of 57 years, Judith Picaroto; daughters Cristine Picaroto with her son, Nathaniel Mason; and Melanie Gellerman and her husband, David  Gellerman.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately at a later date and time.
