Nicole Andre Winter

Nicole Andre Winter, 55, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, Nicole carried the spirit of a proud Jersey Girl throughout her life, embracing her roots with warmth, humor, and resilience.

Nicole was the loving wife of Jay Richard Winter for 32 years. Their bond was one of unwavering devotion and deep affection, a true partnership built on mutual understanding and enduring love. Together, they created a life filled with laughter and genuine, heartfelt connection.

Nicole adored her daughter, Ally Marie Winter, who was her greatest pride and joy. She spoke often and proudly of Ally’s accomplishments, especially her career in law, and celebrated every milestone with boundless enthusiasm. Nicole’s love extended to her cherished siblings—Guenevere (Jodi) Cappiello, Kristin Cappiello, Myles Cappiello, Alyce Allen, Rebecca Brinkoff, and Daryl Cappiello—each of whom she held close to her heart. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Alexander (Sandy) Cappiello, and her parents, Poli and Alexander Cappiello.

Nicole’s life was marked by her vibrant personality and generous spirit. She found joy in the simple pleasures—swimming in her pool, tending to her plants, cooking with love, and cheering (no matter what) for the Dallas Cowboys. Her cat, Marlo, was a constant companion, and her home was always filled with music, laughter, and the aroma of her favorite dishes. Nicole was known for her impeccable and funky style, her quick wit, and her ability to make everyone feel seen and valued.

Above all, Nicole was a fighter. She faced illness with courage and grace, determined to live fully and love deeply until the very end. Her legacy is one of compassion, strength, and an unwavering commitment to family.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
